Titanium Milled Crown Bar

The client requested a fixed framework to be designed for the mandibular arch on 5 implants.

Based on the requirements a fixed Crown Bar was chosen, the characteristics of the Crown Bar allow for a profile that will support individual crowns which can be either milled by the laboratory or supplied with the bar by Osteon.

The benefits of this arrangement allows for crowns to be independently layered and finished without the need to have the main implant framework entering the furnace, thus remaining an accurate and oxide-free direct-to-implant restoration.
