The client has requested a fixed implant bridge to be designed for the maxillary arch on 3 implants.

Based on the requirements, an Osteon Micro Nexus was chosen. The characteristics of this arrangement allowed for a thin profile that would incorporate a precision milled implant bar, designed directly to the implants as well as a telescopic Zirconia tooth overlay. The benefit of this arrangement allows for a stress-relieved bridge irrespective of the subgingival depth and inter-occlusal space.
